Exhibitions
Smithfield Gallery is available on a weekly basis for exhibitions,
granting artists the opportunity to display their work in a professional, fully-equipped gallery setting in one of The City’s foremost locations, attracting much passing traffic from its lively neighbouring institutions. The size of the space makes it ideal for displaying two and three dimensional objects and allows for inventive curatorial decisions.
Hire rates
£4,000.00 +VAT per week
£3,000.00 +VAT for a second consecutive week
Further discounts may be negotiated for longer terms.
Discounts may be available to charitable organisations and educational establishments.
During the summer months of July and August the weekly hire rate for the gallery will be discounted from £4,000.00 +VAT to £3,000.00 +VAT.
Daily/Evening hire available – please enquire for further information.

Services
In addition to our stylish venue, The Smithfield Gallery includes the services of our premier staff. We offer the assistance of experienced Gallery or Hires Managers to aid with the execution of your event.
Telephone, wireless broadband, faxing, photocopying and scanning services are available to our clients as is the use of a mobile plasma screen/DVD player. The gallery comes equipped with two tables with linens, tea & coffee amenities, and provides a laundry service.
Smithfield Gallery utilises a range of preferred suppliers to suitably tailor your experience. We are happy to provide the details for a number of additional first-rate services to make your event or exhibition bespoke in every detail.
We can put you in contact with our trusted:
Caterers, Florists, Bar Staff, Security Staff, Technicians, DJs and Photographers.
Additional services include: an exhibition listing on the events page of our website, wireless broadband/internet access, a picture hanging system throughout the gallery, a fully-equipped kitchen and a free weekly cleaning service. A gallery invigilator can also be provided at an additional cost of £100.00 per day.
